What's New in v0.2.2

CowLoom v0.2.2 introduces a number of new features and improvements. Here's a quick overview of what's new:

New Features​

  • Pause & Resume Recording​

    You can now pause and resume your recordings at any time. This is useful if you need to take a break or if you want to record multiple segments in a single session.

  • Discard Recording​

    You can now discard your recording if you don't like it. This will stop the recording and delete the video file.

  • Draggable Ribbon Bar​

    The recording indicator ribbon is now draggable. You can move it to any location on your screen and it will remain visible while you record.

Improvements​

  • Seekable Video​

    The recorded video is now seekable. You can use the progress bar to jump to any point in the video.

  • Context Menu​

    When you right click on any webpage in chrome, CowLoom has a section in which there are action buttons for

    • Start & Stop Recording
    • Pause & Resume Recording
    • Discard Recording

  • Fixed Timer Stuck Issue​

    The timer used to get stuck after 30 minutes when the recording was in progress. This has been fixed.
